FAT FROG STUDIOS ANNOUNCES EYE OF RANA FOR
BREW®-ENABLED WIRELESS PHONES

MILLIS, MA - August 10, 2004 - Fat Frog Studios, LLC, a producer of wireless entertainment software, today announced the release of its first product, Eye of Rana, a fantasy action role-playing game developed for QUALCOMM's BREW solution.

Eye of Rana is a classic dungeon adventure, allowing the player to explore deadly dungeons and caverns, searching for the fabled Eye of Rana.  The player can choose from three different character classes, or can create a custom character, to embark on a quest to fight 31 types of monsters and discover over 1,200 magic items, including weapons, armor, potions, rings and scrolls.  No two games are alike, as the maps, monsters, and magic items are randomly-generated.

"Eye of Rana is a challenging and compelling fantasy-based game that promises to provide hours of entertainment to BREW gamers worldwide," says Tim Farrar, president of Fat Frog Studios.  "The BREW solution provides an excellent opportunity for mobile game development and has provided us with the tools we needed to create a first class product."

"Developers can bring high quality games to market quickly and efficiently with the BREW solution," said Mike Yuen, director of BREW Developer Relations for QUALCOMM Internet Services.  "It's great to see companies like Fat Frog Studios bring a classic quest-based dungeon crawler adventure to BREW-enabled handsets.  Their heritage from Looking Glass Studios should serve them well in creating fun and interesting games."

QUALCOMM's BREW solution provides products and services that connect the mobile marketplace value chain, which includes publishers, developers, content providers, device manufacturers, operators and consumers.

Publishers and developers worldwide are generating revenue from BREW-based applications and content, and 27 manufacturers have offered more than 145 BREW-enabled device models to consumers.

BREW is successfully enabling the commercial wireless data services of many very successful operators, including Verizon Wireless, Alaska Communication Systems, ALLTEL, Cellular One, Cellular South, MetroPCS, Midwest Wireless, NTELOS, Rural Cellular Corporation and U.S. Cellular in the United States, China Unicom, KDDI in Japan, KTF in South Korea, Hutch in Thailand, Tata in India, Telstra in Australia, VIVO in Brazil, BellSouth Argentina, BellSouth Chile, BellSouth Colombia, BellSouth Ecuador, BellSouth Guatemala, BellSouth Nicaragua, BellSouth Panama, BellSouth Peru, Movicom in Argentina, Movicom in Uruguay, Telcel and Movilnet in Venezuela, Verizon in the Dominican Republic, Verizon Wireless Puerto Rico, Pelephone in Israel and Zapp in Romania.
